The XCMG XLC350 crawler crane is a high-capacity 350t lifting solution engineered for heavy infrastructure, industrial construction, energy, mining and major civil projects requiring exceptional lifting performance and versatility. Featuring a maximum light-duty boom length of 100.5m, heavy-duty boom up to 87m, tower jib combinations up to 64m and fixed jib options to 31m, the XLC350 provides outstanding flexibility across a wide range of complex lifting applications.

Designed with advanced intelligent control technology, the XLC350 incorporates a fully integrated monitoring system providing real-time feedback on load, ground pressure, boom length and operating parameters to improve lifting precision, safety and efficiency. Dual hook operation capability allows the main and auxiliary hooks to work simultaneously, reducing waiting time and improving project productivity on site.

The crane features an economical transport-focused boom design with triple insertion transport capability, reducing transportation costs by over 15%. An extended outrigger cylinder system enables the base crane to self-lift without assistance, allowing easier assembly, disassembly and improved transport efficiency for global logistics requirements. Optional self-assembly and disassembly systems further improve setup efficiency through intelligent remote-controlled counterweight installation and crawler assembly functions.

Powered by a Weichai WP10G336E344 engine producing 247kW, the XLC350 delivers strong hydraulic performance through a load-sensitive LUDV hydraulic system, offering smooth multifunction operation, precise control and excellent fine-motion lifting capability. The crane also incorporates multiple operating configurations including heavy-duty main boom, light-duty main boom, fixed jib, tower jib and TBM operation modes for maximum application versatility.

Safety and operator comfort are central to the XLC350 design, featuring advanced systems including height limiters, rope over-release protection, emergency stop systems, real-time monitoring, automatic fault self-diagnosis and severe weather alarm systems.
