XCMG XCA160 All Terrain Crane

The XCMG XCA160 is a high-performance 160 tonne all terrain crane engineered for demanding lifting applications across construction, infrastructure, mining and industrial projects. Featuring a six-section U-shaped telescopic boom extending from 13.5 m to 62 m, the XCA160 delivers exceptional lifting versatility and reach. With optional jib configurations, maximum tip height can reach approximately 102 m, making it suitable for a wide range of lifting tasks.

Powered by a 390 kW Mercedes-Benz OM471LA engine and equipped with a ZF automatic transmission, the XCA160 combines strong on-road performance with excellent off-road capability. The crane travels at speeds up to 80 km/h and features 10×8 drive, all-axle steering and hydro-pneumatic suspension for superior manoeuvrability and operator comfort.

The crane offers a maximum counterweight package of 55 tonnes, an outrigger footprint of 8.99 m x 7.9 m, and advanced electro-hydraulic controls for smooth and precise operation. Designed with operator safety and productivity in mind, the XCA160 includes a full-featured operator cab, load moment indicator (LMI), anti-two block system, anemometer and multiple steering modes.
